If you work part time, or have worked part time in the past, the pensionable service used to calculate your retirement benefits will be pro-rated based on the hours you have worked.
HR will let us know of any changes in your working hours so that we can adjust your benefits accordingly.
Family leave
If you take maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave, or childcare breaks you’ll continue to be a member of the Scheme.
Your contributions will be based on the salary you receive during your leave, up to the level of your capped pensionable salary.
