If your bank details change please let us know before the end of the month so that the change can be made in good time for the following month’s pension payment.
If you’re online:
- you can request a change to your bank details by logging in to Member Self-service.
- the change will be made within 10 working days.
If you’re not online:
- send the change in writing
- sign the letter
- send it to us at our Guildford office address
- the change will be made in 10 working days.
