You can view and update aspects of your pension record at Member Self-service.

The pensions team will write out to all members during June 2022 with invitations to sign up.

Until then, if you need anything relating to your NGUKPS pension record, please use the contact details for the pension team, below.

If you’re retired from the Scheme or a dependant member, please quote your pensioner payroll number.

Reporting a death

The quickest way to report the death of a Scheme member is online: Report a death.

The easiest and most secure way to contact us is online.  You can upload documents securely or send a message from your online account.

If you are a member of the Scheme, you will be invited to register with Member Self-service during June.

Complaints

Please contact the pensions team if you have a complaint. The team will always try to resolve complaints outside of the formal dispute procedure in the first instance.

If that’s not possible, you can raise a formal complaint through the Internal Disputes Resolution (IDR) procedure.
